$40 coupon for digital to analog TV converter box

I'm sure many of you already know that on 2/17/2009 there will be no more TV broadcasting in analog. However, some of my friends don't know that one can get a $40 coupon to buy a digital to analog TV converter box. If you
  • Do not have pay TV service like cable and DIRECTV
  • Plan to keep using your old analog TV
then you should go get the $40 coupon and buy a converter box. You can apply for a coupon at

    I just found out that the coupon is only valid for 90 days...mine expires on July 30. The interesting thing is I just got a $20 Best Buy gift card from someone at work...so hopefully I can get a literally free convertor box as most of them are prized from $40 - $70...from what i know...

    Tina: Yup yup there's a 90-day effective period so I bought it already. This is it and it costs $60 from Target but I've not tried using it yet.. :P
